• Automated the data collection on partner lab portals with a bot, work that until then was done by hand by the operations team.
• Built the ingestion and interpretation of PDF lab results with a language model, and the tool that lets a clinician adjust the prompt that identifies biomarker and unit of analysis.
• Typed the integration code with Sorbet, moved heavy processing to Sidekiq, and used Row-Level Security and hypertables in PostgreSQL.

• Implemented request replay and a per-API switch to prove behavior parity between the legacy and the new version before flipping it.

• Migrated the legacy REST API to GraphQL, replacing controller logic with a services and adapters architecture.
