Since 2015 I have worked on systems integration and migration, in fintech, healthcare, e-commerce and logistics.
I use agents to automate workflows that still depend on manual operation. Each agent runs with a defined scope of autonomy and a cost ceiling.
Focus
What I do
Integration and migration
I connect CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways and credit bureaus, with retry and reconciliation for when a call fails. And I move data, services and whole applications to another system without stopping operations.
Products and tools
I build the panel, the dashboard and the small application for when the spreadsheet stops holding up. Reports that stalled on volume, and internal tools so the team stops repeating work by hand.

Who I am
11 years
I have written Rails since 2015. I spent three years leading product and came back to engineering in 2021, when I started working on my own.
Marketing automation
I built the engine that published to social networks in the team's place, and the dashboard that tracked keyword rankings, running on AWS Lambda.
Product leadership in construction software
I joined as Head of Product with a team of five and left with more than forty. The company was acquired by an ERP vendor in that period.
On my own, with clients outside Brazil
I took contracts in healthcare, credit, e-commerce and logistics, almost all of them through Toptal, migrating data and connecting systems with operations live.
Automation with agents
I orchestrate agents that carry out work that used to be manual, and I write the MCP servers that give them access to the client's systems.
